1. Services & Orders
AM Advertisers provides custom printing, packaging, corporate stationery, and branding services. All orders placed through our website, WhatsApp, email, or direct contact are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
2. Artwork & File Submission Requirements
Clients are solely responsible for the content and quality of artwork submitted for production. To ensure optimal print quality, submitted artwork must comply with the following standards:
- File Formats: High-resolution PDF, AI, or EPS vector files.
- Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI at 100% printed scale.
- Color Mode: Files must be formatted in CMYK. Files provided in RGB or Pantone colors will be automatically converted to CMYK, which may cause color shifts.
- Bleed & Safety Margins: Artwork must include standard bleed margins (typically 3mm) as specified during the quoting or proofing phase.
AM Advertisers is not responsible for low-resolution output, pixelation, font substitutions, or color shifts resulting from artwork submitted outside these technical specifications.
3. Proof Approval & Production
- Digital Proofs: Every order includes a digital proof sent via email or WhatsApp.
- Final Client Responsibility: You are required to review the digital proof thoroughly, including spelling, layout, typography, dimensions, image placement, and contact details.
- Production Trigger: Printing will only begin after we receive your explicit, written approval of the proof.
- Post-Approval Changes: Once a proof is approved by the client, no changes can be made, and the order cannot be canceled or modified. AM Advertisers is not liable for errors present in artwork that was approved by the client.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright Indemnification
- Client Ownership: You warrant and represent that you own all copyrights, trademarks, logos, designs, and permissions necessary for any materials submitted to AM Advertisers for printing.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AM Advertisers, its directors, employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal fees arising from copyright or trademark infringement claims related to materials printed at your request.
- Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to reject any order containing hate speech, illegal content, or blatant intellectual property violations.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AM Advertisers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from product delays, defective goods, or print errors. In all cases, the maximum liability of AM Advertisers for any claim or order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific order.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
